That the Chairman and the Clerk be authorized and directed to execute an "Agreement for Services of Real Estate Agent" between the Parking Authority of the City of Sacramento and David E. Lane for the acquisition of three (3) parcels of real property situate in the north one-half (1/2) of the block bounded by J and K Streets, 11th and 12th Streets
