That the law firm of McDonough, Holland, Schwartz, Allen and Wahrhaftig is designated as Special Counsel to the Parking Authority of the City of Sacramento for the purposes of representing the Authority's condemnation proceedings involving parcels of property in the N 1/2 of the block bounded by 11th, 12th, J and K Streets and the Chairman and Clerk are authorized to execute the agreement
