Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Agreements with the County of Sacramento to Implement a Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Project in the North Sacramento and Del Paso Heights Neighborhoods of Sacramento, and Make Changes to the Grants Fund and general Fund Revenue and Expenditure Budgets
