Resolution requesting the Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG), the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (SMAQMD) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to amend the 1982 Sacramento Regional Air Quality Plan (SRAQP) and the State Implementation Plan (SIP) to include certain city air quality strategies.
