City Manager is Authorized to Appoint the Risky/ Loss Control Manager to Oversee the Development and Implementation of the Comprehensive Risk Management Loss Control Strategic Plan, and to Appoint an Administrative Services Officer to Provide Administrative and Analytical Support to the Risk Management Division
